“Yet another successful mission with Pierre.
Ask the real question before building
The starting request often hides a more useful question underneath. Workshops to find it, then support so your team can answer it alone next time.
- From €1,000
- 1 to 3 weeks
- Remote, Europe

What you
get.
Included in the service
- A workshop that turns the starting request into a question you can actually settle
- Pricing the cost of doing nothing, to know whether the project is worth the spend
- Defining the smallest version that suffices to test a hypothesis
- A signal, written down in advance, that says when to stop or change direction
- A session with your team so the method stays after I leave
- A written report, delivered at the end, that you can show to whoever decides
Not included
- Development of the product that follows scoping
- Writing your content and sales copy
- Branding and visual identity work
- Running the project once scoping is delivered, handled separately
How
it works.
- 01Day 1
We reword the request
"We want an app" often hides a different question, such as cutting a processing time or replacing a spreadsheet kept by hand. Nothing gets priced before the real question is found.
- 02Days 2 to 4
We price the cost of doing nothing
Before pricing the project, I price inaction. If keeping things as they are costs less than the project on the table, we write that down, and you save the rest.
- 03Days 5 to 8
We set the smallest proof and its stop signal
A minimal version that suffices to test the hypothesis, with a stop signal written down in advance. Nothing gets decided on gut feeling once the project is underway.
- 04Week 3
Your team leaves with the method
A handover session with the people who will carry the work forward, then a written report. The method belongs to them, not just the document.
What supported teams say.
“Working with Pierre is a real pleasure. He combines warmth with skill and does everything to deliver on the mission entrusted to him. Highly recommended.

I always get.
How much does scoping cost?
From €1,000. The amount depends on the number of workshops and the size of the team supported. The price is set before the first workshop.
- The price is announced before workshops start, never adjusted along the way.
- A short scoping round, on a single question, costs less than supporting a whole team.
- The first workshop is billed even if you stop there.
How is this different from a regular audit?
An audit describes what exists. This scoping decides what to do next, with a signal written down that says when to stop. It ends with a decision, not a report that gets filed away.
- The starting question is reworded before any pricing happens.
- The cost of doing nothing is priced on equal footing with the cost of the project.
- The report covers what is needed to decide, not a full inventory.
What is included, what is not?
The full detail sits above on this page. In short, everything that leads to a clear decision is included, the development that follows is not.
- Included: the workshops, pricing the cost of doing nothing, the smallest proof, handover.
- Not included: development of the product that follows scoping.
- Not included: your content, your visual identity.
What happens if the team disagrees internally?
That happens often, and it is usually the real subject of the scoping. Workshops surface disagreements early, while they still cost a discussion rather than a rebuild.
- Each disagreement is written down with the argument on each side, not smoothed over to move faster.
- The final call belongs to whoever owns the budget, with the options laid out clearly.
- An unresolved disagreement beats a false agreement that blows up later.
Do I need a precise project to start, or just a hunch?
A hunch is enough. The first workshop exists to turn a vague hunch into a question you can settle.
- "Something is off in our process" is a sufficient starting point.
- Rewording often surfaces a different problem than the one first named.
- If no clear question emerges, I say so, and the workshop stops there.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, from Paris, for clients across Europe. I work in French, English and Italian. Weekly calls adapt to your timezone.
Thirty minutes to know
what the real question is.
Tell me your starting request. I will tell you if it hides another question, what scoping would change, then what it costs.
