How it
plays out.

  1. 012 days

    We decide what to prove

Two days to answer three questions: what we want to verify, with whom, then what tells us it is verified. Everything else is set aside. This is where the four weeks are won or lost.

  2. 02Week 1

    Live for real

A tiny but real version, one you open from your phone, with its own domain and user accounts if the product needs them. Everything that follows builds on top of it, nothing restarts from zero.

  3. 03Weeks 2 to 5

    One release a week

Each week adds something your users can actually use. A thirty-minute call decides what comes next. A direction that does not hold is dropped before a month goes into it.

  4. 04Week 6

    You get everything back

The code, the access, the documentation, a video that explains how it all works, then a session with whoever takes over. The code has belonged to you since day one, not at the end.

The questions
I always get.

How much does a 4 to 6 week MVP cost?

From €5,000. This covers a project tightened around a single thing to verify. The fixed price lands at the end of the two scoping days, and it does not move after that.

  • The price is set before development starts, never along the way.
  • If your needs turn out to be bigger, you learn it in two days, not two months.
  • The two scoping days are billed even if you stop there.
What happens if the project grows along the way?

It always grows a little. Since we wrote down at the start what the product needs to verify, every addition faces one question: does it serve that verification?

  • If yes, something else leaves the project in exchange.
  • If no, it goes on a list for later, without a painful discussion.
  • You decide, I give you the cost of each option.
What is included, what is not?

The full breakdown is above on this page. In short, everything that gets the product to production is included, anything about your brand or your content is not.

  • Included: scoping, screen design, development, hosting, launch, handover.
  • Not included: your content, your visual identity, ongoing SEO.
  • Not included: connections to your internal tools if access is not ready.
Who takes over the code after you leave?

Your team, another contractor, or me if you want to continue. I write for whoever comes next, not for myself.

  • The code has belonged to you since day one, not at delivery.
  • Documentation, a walkthrough video, then a session with whoever takes over.
  • Keeping me on afterward is never a requirement.
Why 4 to 6 weeks rather than three months?

Because beyond that, you decide based on guesses instead of usage. A product live after six weeks teaches you in a single day what a specification never will.

  • The features judged essential are rarely the ones people use.
  • Six weeks is short enough that being wrong does not cost much.
  • If the signal is there, we continue on top of what is already in production.
Do you work remotely?

Yes, from Paris, for clients across Europe. I work in French, English and Italian. Weekly calls adapt to your timezone.

Thirty minutes to know
if it is feasible.

Tell me what you want to prove. I will tell you whether six weeks are enough, what I would cut, then what it costs. If it does not fit this format, you hear that too.
