“Another success with this project with Pierre.
Web products where the AI actually works
From the homepage to the agents, artificial intelligence is a feature of the product, not a technical demo. One person handles design, code and infrastructure, from the first screen to launch.
- From €5,000
- 8 to 12 weeks
- Remote, Europe

What you
get.
Included in the project
- Screen design for the whole product, from the homepage to the screens that use AI
- Choosing and integrating models, kept to the uses that justify them
- Full development, from the first screen to launch
- Hosting, infrastructure and backups
- Cost tracking and guardrails on the AI features
- One release a week, something you can show around you
- The code, which belongs to you from day one
Not included
- Training a model from scratch, outside the scope of a web product
- Writing your content and marketing copy
- Brand design work, logo and visual identity
- Ongoing SEO, which starts once the product has shipped
- Support and new features once the project is handed over, handled separately
How it
plays out.
- 01Week 1
We decide what the AI actually does
One week to find the single thing the AI needs to do in this product, for whom, then what proves it. A chatbot added without a reason is dropped before it costs a day of code.
- 02Weeks 2 to 4
The product takes shape on screen
Every screen is designed around the person using it, including the ones that call on AI. Nothing goes into development before it has been seen and discussed.
- 03Weeks 5 to 10
One release a week
The product is built in the open, one usable feature at a time. A weekly call decides what comes next, and a direction that does not hold is dropped early.
- 04Weeks 11 to 12
You get everything back
The code, the access, the documentation, a video that explains how it all works, then a session with whoever takes over. The code has belonged to you since day one.
What people who shipped say.
“Pierre was very efficient carrying out his project. We especially appreciated how he kept us updated on progress and the communication he brought to it.

I always get.
How much does an AI-first web product cost?
From €5,000. The price depends on what the AI needs to do in the product, not a fixed rate card. The firm figure lands after the first week of scoping.
- The price is set before development starts, never along the way.
- A product with no real need for AI costs less, and you hear that in the first week.
- The scoping week is billed even if you stop there.
How do you decide what the AI should do?
We start from a specific use rather than a list of trending features. If no use case justifies a language model, the product does without one.
- Every AI feature answers a question a real user actually has.
- Cost per call and guardrails are set before launch, not after.
- An idea that only serves the demo stays out of the product.
What is included, what is not?
The full breakdown is above on this page. In short, everything that gets the product to production is included, anything about your brand or your content is not.
- Included: screen design, AI integration, development, hosting, launch, handover.
- Not included: your content, your visual identity, ongoing SEO.
- Not included: training a model from scratch.
What happens if the scope grows along the way?
It always grows a little. Since we wrote down at the start what the AI needs to do, every addition faces one question: does it serve that use?
- If yes, something else leaves the project in exchange.
- If no, it goes on a list for later, without a painful discussion.
- You decide, I give you the cost of each option.
Who takes over the code after you leave?
Your team, another contractor, or me if you want to continue. I write for whoever comes next, not for myself.
- The code has belonged to you since day one, not at delivery.
- Documentation, a walkthrough video, then a session with whoever takes over.
- Keeping me on afterward is never a requirement.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, from Paris, for clients across Europe. I work in French, English and Italian. Weekly calls adapt to your timezone.
Thirty minutes to know
what the AI should do here.
Tell me about your product and what you expect from AI. I will tell you if it is justified, what I would cut, then what it costs. If AI has no place in your case, you hear that too.
